Excellent experience from start to finish. She communicated clearly throughout the treatment, explaining everything she was doing, which made me feel completely at ease. I was especially impressed that she remembered I hadn’t liked the music during my previous visit and took the time to find something I enjoyed instead. It’s those thoughtful little details that make such a difference. I felt genuinely well looked after and knew I was in very safe hands.

I am so happy to have found the Health & Beauty Clinic. I was visiting from France and staying nearby at The Dixon, Tower Bridge, Autograph hotel and the clinic was just a short walk from there. I have been a client at Health and Beauty Clinic in London for over two years now, and I honestly cannot recommend Paulina and other Cosmetologists highly enough. Paulina always does a brilliant job — today was mani and pedi and… my new nails look absolutely stunning, especially the beautiful (ask for Red Stone colour. Perfect for Christmas, perfect for the festive celebrations). Paulina is incredibly precise and professional, and her attention to detail when working on both my hands and feet is outstanding. A big thank you as well for the shape and tint of my eyebrows. My eyebrows are not even close to be called a regular, but Paulina always manages to bring them close to perfection, and I leave feeling confident every time. I’m also very grateful for the lovely Christmas gift and discount voucher, which I cannot wait to use in January for a relaxing facial after the busy Christmas period.
