Notice of Agreement. These terms apply strictly and exclusively to the sale of physical retail goods through our online Shop. Clinic services, consultations, and professional aesthetic treatments are booked and managed through our external partners, Phorest and Treatwell, and are subject to our separate Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. - Eligibility and Orders
To place an order through our online Shop, you must be at least 18 years of age. All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and product availability. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is a confirmation of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us is only formed when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipment confirmation email. - Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed in our online Shop are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
