This page explains how appointments, deposits and payments are managed at Health & Beauty Clinic London. Please note that terms for treatments and online shop purchases differ as outlined below.
- Booking an Appointment
Appointments can be booked through our website, by telephone or in person. Online appointments are securely managed through our trusted booking partner, Phorest. Selected services may also be available through Treatwell. Where a third-party booking platform is used, booking information and payment processing may be handled according to the terms and privacy policies of that provider. - Booking Deposit
A £15 booking deposit is required when booking an appointment unless otherwise stated. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. - Payment Methods
We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout or in the clinic. For eligible retail physical products purchased through our online Shop, customers may also have the option to pay using third-party Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) payment providers, subject to their approval process and terms. Please note that deferred payment and instalment options are strictly unavailable for any clinic treatments, appointments, or services. - Payment Timing
Treatment payments are due on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Any booking deposit paid will be deducted from the final treatment balance. Payments for physical retail products purchased through our online Shop are processed at checkout using the payment methods displayed at the time of purchase. - Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Where a refund is approved, it will be returned using the original payment method. If your online Shop purchase was made using a third-party Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) provider, your instalment plan or statement balance will be automatically adjusted, paused, or cancelled by the provider once the refund is completed. - Cancellations

We use trusted third-party providers to process payments securely. Health & Beauty Clinic London does not store your full payment card details. - Questions
